Roughly how it'll look at the bottom of your emails.
Dear Client,
Thank you for your time today.
Kind regards,
Do this on a computer, not your phone. You'll only need to do it once, unless your title or number changes.
Fill in the form at the top of this page and check the preview. Look closely at your phone numbers, that's where most typos happen.
Click Copy signature code. It won't look like anything happened, but it's copied.
Open Zoho Mail (mail.zoho.com) and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
Find Signatures in the list on the left. If you can't spot it, type "signature" into the settings search.
Click the + to add a new signature and call it whatever you like, e.g. "Work".
Look at the formatting toolbar. Right at the end there's a small arrow that opens more options. Click it and choose Insert HTML.
Paste into the box (Ctrl + V, or Cmd + V on a Mac) and click Insert. Your signature should show up.
Under "Associate mail address", pick your email so Zoho adds the signature on its own. If there's a box for replies, tick that too. Then Save.
Send yourself a quick email to check it looks right.
Blank squares instead of pictures? Either the images aren't online yet or the photo name is off. Let the office admin know. Everything else in the signature still works.
Changed your number or title? Update it here, copy it again, and replace the old one in Zoho. Editing it directly inside Zoho usually messes up the layout.
Looks a bit squashed in the Zoho editor? That's just the editor. It looks fine once it's sent.
On your phone: the Zoho Mail app keeps its own separate signature. You can add a simple text one in the app's settings.
